The project emphasizes architectural character, shared public spaces, and a cohesive campus identity, creating a distinctive environment for creative businesses.
Role:
Signage engineering, fabrication and installation; not original architectural or wayfinding concept design.
Material:
Perforated metal panels, dimensional metal letters and LED lighting components.
Project Scale:
Outdoor identity signage for a creative office park; multi-directional visibility and long-term exterior exposure.
>> CHALLENGE
Complex four-sided geometry and coordinated lighting
The custom pylon integrates open-form dimensional lettering, perforated metal cladding and illuminated features. Aligning the four elevations while controlling perforation accuracy, light distribution and structural connections required careful signage engineering.
>> SOLUTION
Coordinated structure, perforated panels and LED illumination
DIKA SIGN developed the fabrication details for the metal framework, cladding and dimensional letters. Coordinated perforation patterns and integrated LED lighting create a distinctive dot-lit appearance, with assembly, on-site installation and future maintenance considered during detailing.
>> IMPACT
A recognizable landmark by day and night
The four-sided design improves visibility from multiple approaches. Dimensional lettering and illuminated perforations create a distinctive day-to-night identity, turning a functional entrance pylon into a visual landmark for the creative office park.
